Thank you for shopping with 2XLosers. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our refund and return guidelines below.
1. No Return Policy
We accept returns on a case by case basis.
Primarily dealing with the following:
Defective items
Misprints
Damaged items
Wrong item sent
2. Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges, all items are made to order. We do not offer exchanges for sizing issues, incorrect orders, or buyer’s remorse.
3. Refunds
We only offer refunds for the following cases:
Item is damaged
Item is misprinted
Wrong item was sent
4. Return Shipping
We do not accept returns, therefore return shipping is not offered. All items are made to order.
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days with photos and we will resolve the issue without requiring a return.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Claims will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
6. Lost or Stolen Packages
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days after the estimated delivery date, please contact us. Claims submitted after this timeframe will not be eligible for a replacement or refund.
NOTE:
If the tracking shows the package was delivered but you did not receive it, please be sure to check with your carrier, neighbors or local post office.
We cannot guarantee a replacement or refund for lost or stolen packages after delivery.
7.Order Cancellations
All sales are final:
Because all items are made to order, we do not accept order cancellations once an order has been placed.
Accidental Orders:
Customers are responsible for reviewing their order details carefully before complete checkout. Accidental purchases are eligible for cancellation or refund.
Address Errors:
Orders placed with an incorrect or incomplete shipping address cannot be cancelled or refunded.
If the carrier returns the package to us, a reshipment fee may apply.
